Here is the round blanket I was working on up until a few weeks ago. I think the pattern is nice, and I love the yarn (100% cotton) – but, I am not happy with the colors.
Right now I have a “cotton-candy” baby jacket on the machine – and about 80% of a jacket for Ellse done. Once those two are complete – I am going to do a quick baby blanket for a gift, then I’ll try to finish this round blanket.
I have about 10 projects waiting after this one… and a new knitting machine on the way!

Ellse has been taking lessons for 2 weeks at a public pool – she loves it. Borgar is taking her every day. I hear they play games in the water – and practice blowing bubbles.
I plan on going on Friday morning to see what she has learned!

Lisa and Greg from our support groups got this headstone for the their baby girl.
I sometimes wonder if I am missing out on something since Eirik doesn’t have his name carved in stone and I don’t have a place to visit. Maybe one day I’ll find a place to put something like that.

I’ve changed my blog to some new software – so now I can post images directly from flickr. Now you will see lots more blog posts with images since it’s a very simple upload and post.

General I should update this blog more often.. I think about it, I just don’t do it!
We had Ellse’s birthday party last weekend. We had about 12 kids and lots of Mom’s. My friend from AZ even made the trip to come. I think everyone had a great time.
I also got Ellse’s annual birthday pictures done. They are, of course, wonderful
