The Cats Arrive!

Things go so hectic when Borgar came home – I forgot to write, the cats came! Both were very happy to see us. I figured they would be (like cats can be…) very unimpressed with us. But, it was quite endearing – they were all over us and purrrrring like crazy.

The trip had little to no effect on them – they were as fine as if we had moved them across the street – not half away around the world! The trip on the human transports was much harder… and since they are awake and sleeping at strange times anyway.. I haven’t seen much in the way of jet lag either.

Now, onto the hard part – Darwin is as fat as a stuffed pig… poor girl.. it’s back to all all cat-food diet for her.

Borgar visits the US – with Helene

Borgar and Helene have embarked on a two week journy to the US. Along with a great vacation – Borgar will bring home our two cats, Darwin and Svarteper. Ellse and I miss them – and from what Borgar tells me, they miss us too!

Maria Gets Married

I have made a few friends at school – and one got married this weekend. The wedding was very nice – and very norwegian. Afterwards, we went back for the “after-party” and Borgar discovered why we don’t drink 4 shots of Brazilian whisky in an hour!!

Our Stuff Arrives!

Stuff is fun! If you want to know how much you own and which of it is any good to keep – move to a new country! I think we did a good job – we packed it well (nothing broke) we labeled it well (no taxes!) and we planned it well – because here it is. Ellse is very happy to have her toys – Borgar got his tools – and I got my saddle, yeeee-haw!
